Refund Policy

Refund, Returns and Cancellations Policy


Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Missing orders or issues with your order.
If your order goes missing, please contact us right away; refunds and replacements are considered on a case by case basis. For missing orders that are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, a claim can be made online by either us as the sender or by the customer as the recipient.  If you do not contact us about a missing order within 15 days since the order shipped (for domestic US) or 25 days for international, we will not refund or replace your order. 

If your order is marked as delivered but you do not receive it, we will not refund or replace your order - as written above, orders shipped through USPS Priority Mail can be investigated and claimed online via the USPS website.

If you have an issue with your order once you have received it, please contact us within SEVEN DAYS (from the date your order is delivered). If you have not contacted us about an issue with your order within seven days from the date your order has been marked as delivered, we will not send out replacements or offer refunds.

Order Cancellations
As of January 1st 2020, we will no longer offer order cancellations unless you have contacted us within the first 24 hours after your order is placed. If your order has already shipped, no return or refund will be offered. If you have an issue with your order, please refer to the information above. 

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are looked at on a case by case basis, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange in all situations, however we will always do our best to ensure the best possible customer experience.

In the case of a refund, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check the bank account that was originally used for payment. Once you have confirmed that no refund has been processed, contact your credit card company, however it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted (which can be up to 14 days).

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded as they are final sale. OOPS! items cannot be refunded, they are sold as is, please ensure you fully read the descriptions before purchasing.
