Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order goes missing, please contact us right away; refunds and replacements are considered on a case by case basis. For missing orders that are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, a claim can be made online by either us as the sender or by the customer as the recipient.  If you do not contact us about a missing order within 15 days since the order shipped (for domestic US) or 25 days for international, we will not refund or replace your order. 

If your order is marked as delivered but you do not receive it, we will not refund or replace your order - as written above, orders shipped through USPS Priority Mail can be investigated and claimed online via the USPS website.

If you have an issue with your order once you have received it, please contact us within SEVEN DAYS (from the date your order is delivered). After seven days from the date your order has been marked as delivered, and you have not contacted us about an issue with your order, we will not send out replacements or offer refunds.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are looked at on a case by case basis, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange in all situations, however we will always do our best to ensure the best possible customer experience.

In the case of a refund, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded as they are final sale. OOPS! items cannot be refunded, they are sold as is, please ensure you fully read the descriptions before purchasing.
